This beach house is a 2 story vacation rental on stilts with tile and hardwood floors and kitchen that tempts aspiring cooks, and comfortable furniture that encourages one and all to kick back and relax. If you're wondering, there are flatscreen CCTVs (1-60"), DVDs, WIFI and a washer and dryer.
An over-the-dunes boardwalk delivers barefoot guests to the shore. At Atlantis the Atlantic Ocean is quite literally your back yard! The sundeck, covered porch, and oceanfront balcony with rocking chairs invite guests outside and the outside shower encourages one and all to rinse off the sand before retreating to the luxury of this beach house. All the fabulous attractions you want to visit during your vacation are just around a corner -- from boutiques and fine dining restaurants to Grand Strand golf and deep sea fishing charters.
*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.
Parking for 8 vehicles ONLY. No motorcycles or trailers allowed on premise.

Deposits: 50% of Base Rental Amount
Payment Policies: RATES - Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. Rates are subject to 12% sales/accommodations tax and a Non-Refundable Processing Fee of $32 for rental amounts up to $400, $52 for rental amounts $401 - $900, and 7% of rental amounts over $901(capped at a maximum base processing fee of $350) is required on all reservations in addition to rental charges. The processing fee for reservations greater than 28 days is $70.00 with no add-ons.
CVB FEE: Included in the processing fee is a CVB fee of $2 per night for rentals in North Myrtle Beach and unincorporated Horry County and a CVB fee of $1 per night for rentals in Myrtle Beach, which is required on all reservations in addition to rental charges.
CHARITABLE DONATION: An optional charitable donation of $1.00 per night shall be added to all reservations unless you opt out at the time of booking.
CONVENIENCE FEE - For all payments made via credit card or debit card instead of cash or check, a fixed charge of $17 per transaction shall be added to all transactions in excess of $250.
RETURNED CHECK FEE - A fee of $15.00 will be added to all guest accounts for each instance of a returned check for any reason.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: A prepayment of one half of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. A personal check is the required method of prepayment. Prepayment MUST be received within five (5) business days after making reservation. Please state reservation number, unit and date of occupancy on your advance deposit check. Upon receipt of your deposit, written confirmation will be sent showing the reserved unit, remaining balance, and rental dates
DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE - Required on all 6+ bedroom properties. Available upon request for an additional cost for properties with less than 6 bedrooms. If maid service is not requested, the guest is responsible for cleaning unit and premises prior to departure. If unit is not cleaned, a cleaning fee will be charged to guests account.
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in and check-out will be through our office at 401 Sea Mountain Highway in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach unless otherwise noted on confirmation letter.
CHECK IN 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (June-Aug. 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.) or as soon as your rental property has been cleaned or inspected. Check-in time may be extended for special cleaning and maintenance. Please be aware that many accommodations may not be ready in-season until after 3 pm. Please call for special instructions on late arrivals.
